1. What we collect
Account information you provide: parent name, email, billing details (handled by Stripe), and a profile per child.
Program data your family creates: grades you enter, behavior scores, paycheck history, and badge progress.
Operational data: app version, anonymous error reports, and basic usage counters that help us fix bugs.
2. What we do not collect
We do not collect contact information from children. Children sign in with a code you generate from the parent dashboard — no email, no phone, no address.
We do not access your bank, your payroll, or your child's school records. The app stores numbers you choose to enter; nothing more.
We do not sell or rent personal information. Ever.
3. How payments work
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI-compliant). We never see or store full card numbers.
4. COPPA compliance
Centsible Scholar is COPPA compliant. Children under 13 are added by a parent through verifiable parental consent. Parents can delete a child account, and all of its data, at any time from the family dashboard.
5. Your choices
You can export your family's data, request deletion, or close your account from Settings → Privacy in the app, or by emailing hello@centsiblescholar.com.
