Terms of service.

1. Account & eligibility

You must be 18 or older and a parent or legal guardian to create an account. Child profiles can be added under your account once your subscription is active.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the rate shown on the pricing page until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing — your access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of a charge if the program has been substantially unused.

3. How the program works

Centsible Scholar is a tracking and education tool. We do not transfer money on your behalf. Any payment to your child happens between you and your child, by whatever method you choose.

Grade ladder, behavior bonuses, and the 50/25/15/10 split are calculated from values you enter. The math is yours; we just compute it.

4. Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer the app, abuse our APIs, or use the program to harass, surveil, or harm a child. These would all be obvious and we will close your account.

5. Disclaimers

The program is educational. Nothing here is investment, tax, or legal advice. The "Retirement / IRA" bucket is a label and a number — opening an actual custodial Roth IRA is your decision and your paperwork.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll email account-holders before any change that materially reduces your rights.
